James Coleman

James Coleman

J.C., as he is called by most people, was born in Waynesboro, GA.  He is a retired Army Sergeant Major and a Purple Heart recipient who served two periods in Vietnam.

He ended his military career as an ROTC Instructor at the University of Missouri, at Columbia.  After retiring from the military, he moved to Lynchburg to attend Liberty University Bible Institute.

He met his wife, Emma in Bible school.  They have two daughters, one son and five grandchildren.  J.C. served in the inner-city ministry of Thomas Road Baptist Church before joining All Nations in 2008. As a Sr. Associate Pastor, J.C. coordinates equipment and supplies purchasing, and manages transportation.  He is a visitation pastor, and teacher of the adult Bible classes.

J.C. is a well-versed side chair coach of a variety of sports, but his favorite way to relax is bowling.
